* Logical structure 邏輯架構
- 1. Tell them what you're going to tell them (Overview)
先用大綱介紹要表達的主題

解釋細節

總結已經表達過的重點
* Logical flow 邏輯流程
- Does every topic flow naturally into the next topic?
是否每個標題和下一個標題之間很流暢自然?
- Does every slide flow naturally into the next slide?
是否投影片內容切換流程順暢?
* Paint big picture first before going into details
先描繪出大致的主題再進入細節
* Font must be consistent in style and size
字體形式和大小必須一致
* Clean layout - Not too much information on one slide
版面要乾淨 - 不要塞入太多資訊在一個投影片中
* Balanced layout 平衡的安排
- center alignment for a single table/chart in one slide
